Not only is it a privilege to win 2012 Customer First Club membership because it’s decided by our valued customers but also because it’s the 2nd year in a row that Douglas VW has been awarded this distinction. When you factor in that the Customer First Club Award has only been in existence for two years, the 1000 batting average of Douglas VW winning Customer First Club status is truly exceptional.
